What Is the Spinal Flow Technique®

Spinal Flow Technique® (SfT) is a gentle, touch-based healing modality that releases stress and blockages stored in the spine so your body can reconnect with its own innate intelligence to heal.

Created by chiropractor Dr. Carli Axford, the Spinal Flow Technique® combines the science of chiropractic, the understanding of neuroscience, and the art of intuitive healing. It focuses on the Seven Gateways of the Spine, areas where the body often stores emotional, physical, and chemical stress.

A Spinal Flow Technique® session is deeply relaxing, non-invasive, and suitable for all ages. You will remain fully clothed and lie face down comfortably on a massage table while light touch is applied to specific Access Points along the spine, tailbone, and cranium.
